VolkerStevin celebrates National Inclusion Week

Now in its twelfth year, National Inclusion Week is an annual event to celebrate inclusion in the workplace. This year, the theme is ‘Impact Matters’ which recognises the positive impact inclusion can have on individuals and in the workplace. Through our Respect Programme, which is part of our wider Fairness, Inclusion and Respect culture, our simple message is to respect colleagues, even if they are different to you, and to treat everyone in a way that they, and you, would like to be treated. Throughout the week our colleagues have shared what the impact of working in an inclusive environment means to them and their experience of inclusivity at VolkerStevin.

Yesterday, our team in the Preston office celebrated National Inclusion Week with a fantastic lunch featuring dishes from around the world. It was a brilliant opportunity to bring everyone together and celebrate the diversity that makes our team so special.
