Through VolkerStevin’s Community Giving Pot, our Leigh Expansion and Hildenborough Embankment Scheme has received funding to support the Amber Foundation, in Downsview Kent. The Amber Foundation’s incredible work supports young people, helping them gain skills, confidence, and new opportunities for a brighter future.
One of the foundation’s newest initiatives is a bike refurbishment project, designed to help participants develop practical skills, foster teamwork, and boost mental wellbeing. Through hands-on learning, young people not only gain experience in repairing bikes but also benefit from the mental and physical advantages of cycling.
We are delighted to support this inspiring initiative with a donation from our Community Giving Pot, which has gone towards helping the charity to expand their bike refurbishment project.
