Throughout 2025, we have continued our commitment to giving back to the communities where we live and work. From school visits and volunteering in charity shops to donating to food banks, our teams have worked hard to create lasting, positive impacts. The work we do shapes the places people call home, and we strive to make that influence meaningful and beneficial for everyone.
This year, we’re proud to have generated over £230 million in social value. Here are just some of the ways we achieved this:
- 2,194 apprenticeship weeks delivered
- 95 weeks of work experience provided
- 710 hours spent on educational engagement activities
- 658 hours of volunteering completed
- £10,000 donated through our Community Giving Pot to causes supported by our employees
- Over £58,000 raised for our corporate charity partner, Rainbow Trust
