VolkerSite Services supplies and installs accommodation to sites across the UK. Our site accommodation is used in various sectors including civil engineering, rail, utilities, defence and nuclear.
We offer a ‘one stop shop’ for temporary and permanent site accommodation, plus the supply, installation and management of ancillary equipment for power, security, cleaning and canteen services. We also offer an extensive range of construction plant and equipment.
We design and install bespoke accommodation units including jacklegs, modular and semi-permanent modular buildings. This flexible range allows us to supply cabins to any location and to meet any specification.
Our 'one stop shop' approach means we offer a full turnkey set up and accommodation service.
This service includes installation, full groundworks and engineering support, security, fencing and hoarding, temporary works design and cleaning services, as well as full facilities management and maintenance. Our dedicated team is here to guide you through the process from start to finish.
We design and assemble accommodation units that consist of flat-packed panels, meaning that our solutions are eco-friendly. We develop our solutions panel-by-panel, as opposed to unit-by-unit in order to offer a flexible range of options.
Recent projects include a large two-storey office and welfare set up that took up a restricted amount of space at the Port of Dover, to support the team delivering the £140m Western Docks Revival Scheme. We have also designed and installed a smart and modern semi-permanent campus in Southsea, near Portsmouth, to support the UK’s largest coastal defence project. We have also delivered accommodation facilities for the flagship High-Speed Two (HS2) scheme.
