VolkerStevin hosts Safety Champion workshops
We have recently been hosting Safety Champion workshops across the business as part of our ongoing commitment to strengthening our Safety Ripple culture.
Our Behavioural Change Lead, Mitch Mitchelmore, has been visiting our projects to engage with champions and introduce new Safety Ripple tools. These tools are designed to support open, honest and thought‑provoking conversations around health, safety and wellbeing.
Recently, we held a workshop at our Kendal Flood Risk Management Scheme with participants from VolkerStevin, our supply chain, and VolkerGround Engineering. The team trialled the new Safety Ripple tools, and the feedback from the session was incredibly positive.
Health, safety and wellbeing are top priorities for our business. The introduction of these new tools will help us continue building a positive, inclusive and future focused environment.
