Commercial teams come together for VolkerStevin Conference

Bringing together colleagues from across the business, from apprentices who joined the team earlier this month through to commercial directors, the event provided an opportunity to step away from day-to-day project activities and connect as one team.

Throughout the conference, attendees heard updates from across the business, shared lessons learned, celebrated successes from projects being delivered nationwide and strengthened relationships with colleagues from different teams and regions. The event also reinforced the values and behaviours that underpin the VolkerStevin Way.

The day concluded with an evening dinner, table magic entertainment and a guest presentation from former Stig, Ben Collins, who shared insights from his career and experiences.

Thank you to everyone who presented, organised and attended the conference. Events such as these play an important role in bringing people together, encouraging knowledge sharing and supporting collaboration across the business.
